“Things I like as a high-tier loyalty member:
Just walking to the car I want, make sure our luggage fits, changing cars if necessary, and then just proceeding to the exit. I also love parking the car upon returning it and then just walking to my flight. No waiting for the busy clerk. National is in all the airports I travel to, prices are usually competitive (but that's getting worse...), and the webiste is functional and easy enough.
I'd be willing to try a plug-in hybrid if they get any.”

Only downfall was ince again the truck we rented did not have running boards which obviously made it a little harder getting in. RUNNING BOARDS ON TRUCKS GUYS!!!

“I like Alamo. I don't like playing a shell game of what vehicle they try to get you into when the one you requested isn't available. It's the first time I've had this problem with Alamo. This experience is a one-off. I'll still rent with them. They've been great every other time over the last 11 years.”

“I’m not going to focus too much on the rental vehicle with this review because the one I got was not only clean but it also ran exceptionally well. What I really want to focus on is the customer service from both Mike and Tammy that went above and beyond for me. I’ve also rented enough vehicles in my life to say that after reading the reviews, people forget that they need to read the requirements of what is needed before renting a vehicle (Please make sure that if you live in San Antonio, that you bring a current utility bill in your name AND that you have good enough credit to use your debit card, otherwise, you will need a credit card under your name with funds available to hold the vehicle. THIS IS ALL STATED WHEN BOOKING ONLINE. Also, take pictures before you leave the lot. Document all scrapes, dings, scratches, holes, ANYTHING before leaving and notifying them of this, too. Otherwise, it’s on you. With that being said, having an open communication and friendly attitude goes a long way and this is what I was consistently met with here at this location. 100% will rent here again. Thank you, Tammy for making both the check-in and check-out process so easy. San Antonio and Avis are blessed to have a wonderful employee like you!”

“Absolutely loved it here! I was treated with respect & the team was extremely attentive to our needs. The car I received was clean, smelled nice, was comfy and cute! Forgive me if I don’t mention all of you but shout out to Matthew, Jason & Ari for sure for answering all of my questions, not freaking out when I was having contractions in the lobby and making sure my toddler had a great experience as well. He definitely enjoyed playing basketball in the lobby even though I actually told him not to lol I had never rented a car before so being my first time in a rental this was such a pleasant experience for us & I’m glad we had a chance to go through your company. Thank you all at enterprise but special thanks to the ones who made it very personal, warm & welcoming! Just have the same car ready for me when I come back guys lol”

“KELSEY!!!! YALL she’s amazing!! I’m a housekeeper, and one of my clients Nannie’s ran into my car in the driveway!! I went in the next morning to get a rental and Kelsey was so funny and so friendly!! Put my mind at ease, walked me through the process of how renting a car through an insurance claim works!! She got the rental ready (pictured) added her card and let me know if I have any questions at all about the car etc, to just give her a call!! I will recommend this location and her every chance I get!! Thanks for making it so easy and being a friendly face during a stressful time!!”

“Staff at the Enterprise McAllister location are always very friendly, courteous and efficient. Even during peak times they provide excellent service and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable driving the vehicle out of the lot. If ever there's an issue with the vehicle they are super quick in getting you into a replacement without a hassle. I travel for work and drive a rental vehicle all year round. This is my ninth straight year renting from Enterprise and I've never had a bad experience at this location.”
