They need to hire more cashiers, is unbelievable that one of the ladies has to take care of the drive thru window also. All because CHASE doesn’t want to hire staff.

It’s been almost three weeks and I still have not received my debit card. I don’t know what the delay is. They keep saying they sent it. Federal Express and I have not received it yet. Lousy service.
