Although everyone I encountered was friendly & helpful, I don't not like that every company is pushing for using a machine myself rather than a person. I waited to come to the bank while it's open to see a live person not an atm machine.

I was at this chase location today around 1 pm. because I had a problem whit my debit card, there was a girl in the lobby she was so nice and so helpful she did everything on her tablet she was very polite I just regret that I didn't asked her her name.

Quick service easy in and out. Ivone was great and definitely had my best interest in mind!
