The manager is rude. Can't even bother to look you in the face while she speaks to you and does so as if you are incompetent. There is a reason they've got low stars.

I had amazing customer service. I don't know how there were any low rated reviews honestly. I needed a storage and walked out with a storage in less than 15 minutes. The swipe machine is sensitive to get inside but besides that I can't complain. It's outdoor storage so you know what you're getting.
