“Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. He really likes pc building. I took a new full amd build in there. I am giving it a shot. We were able to identify failure in the motherboard itself as well as the m.2. Both new. He uses an expensive software called Eurosoft to do this. In the process of RMA. He seems to be on MSI distribution. He builds expensive racing/flying simulator systems for companies. He builds new computers, has merchandise on hand. (Mostly msi). He told me as of 4/11/2024, he does not mark up gpus. He gets them direct, like pc builders did 22 years ago. That to me is good. I'm pretty happy. He was nice to me and my service animal. The rock and roll pizza store next door was cool too. Veteran business. Good pizza.”

“I had to print my wedding programs for our church ceremony last minute and Johana was amazing! She helped us with printing, making sure the pages we needed were in order and was so helpful and patient the whole time! She provided us with a great discount too- she made a stressful situation so easy and flawless! We walked out of the store with all of our programs folded and stapled within 30 minutes. Thank you!”

“Huge place that takes electronic recycling.A year later. . . I wanted to grab some hard-to-find components locally. They had exactly what I needed. Then a side mission activated; I’ve been wanting install a home camera system and know very little. Dude walked me through every step, they didn’t oversell, and I played the racing sim for like 40 minutes prior to that. This is the spot for electronics and a way to support your local nerds. This is where they all work.”
“My 8 month old tv had a sensor issue. After troubleshooting with Samsung for over an hour they reluctantly agreed to send a technician since I was still within warranty. It was late Friday so I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday. Nope! PJ called me the next morning, I realized that he's about 2.5 hours away but he said he'd be in town the following Friday. I explained what was happen and he diagnosed over the phone and ordered the part he needed. Sure enough PJ showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly. Took him about 30 mins from start to finish. I'm definitely a satisfied customer! Thank you PJ!”

“This store has the best customer service!! Yesterday my fiancée went to pick up a locker order and was immediately approached by Cynthia who only assisted him but also stated she would get his order so he didn’t get wet! Today I went in and Cynthia again approached me and asked how she could help. Not only did she listen to what I needed patiently but she also called the right employee to assist me. I was in and out happy with my purchase very fast!

“The food was good. The portions were very large but a lot of the plate was potatoes. If you don't have a big appetite, i would recommend that 2 people could share most of their plates. The space was open and brjght but a little on the cold (vibe, not temperature) side. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean.”

My aunt was having trouble transferring the data from her old i-Pad to her new. I brought her in even though we didn't have an appointment.
After waiting our turn, the 2 young men that were behind the counter were not only knowledgeable but friendly and respectful. Since our issue required waiting for reboots and information transfers/ downloads, they helped other customers simultaneously without making us feel like we were being pushed aside or brushed off. All the while, they're also answering random questions, like what to do with old and broken devices that are piling up in the corner of my office? They were great!
Technology can be frustrating when you're trying to navigate areas that you don't deal with very frequently. How often do you purchase a new device? Every 3 or 4 years? It's hard to even remember how to change the clock in the car every 6 months for daylight savings! Thank you, guys, for being such pros!”
