Cricket employees are not trained at all. Most of them have a hard time turning the phones on. Owner needs to realize you get what you pay for and its clear your not paying well and hiring just anybody gives your store a bad name

I switched to cricket because the other companies are to over priced and service was terrible but I am loving my cricket service! And the price too! Thank you Rigo for all your help! Great customer service !
