“Yesterday, while browsing at the Beauty department, my husband and I had an encounter with your associate at Tom Ford, not only she made us feel welcome, she took the time and effort to show different fragrances for me and my husband.
We chose a couple fragrances, this was my first time at Dillard’s and I can guarantee that I will come back, thanks to her. Thank you for going above and beyond!”
“About a year ago I shopped at this walmart and during check out I had a seizure. The staff was so kind to me, didn't ask a million questions just asked if I needed with my help to the car. One of their employees offered to push me in a wheel chair I was too weak to walk. My partner was really worried and he drove us home. I recovered at home, but I really want to take the time to leave a review about how special this team is. They are a big part of the community and they care about their shoppers. Thank you to everyone who works here. Great location.”

“Very pleased with my curbside order on this date. Target had an employee already outside with a cart full of curbside orders ready to go, including my order. The employee was very polite and quickly handed us our product allowing us to spend less than a minute in our parking space.”

Update: I'm really sad to see them downsizing their Homegoods section. That was my favorite part of the store :(”
“A good department store with enough items of different types, whether personal or for the home, sells its own brand things as well as other good quality brands and has different promotions for various items but some of its prices seemed quite high for some items of all kinds, the same items that you can find elsewhere at a much lower price but in general everything is good.”

“Wow, this store is super interesting. It has two floors with escalators going up and down, and it reminded me of Dillard’s but with a more rugged style. The items inside, though, are high-end name brands, so I expected the store itself to match that vibe. Like I said, it’s definitely interesting. My wife was especially excited to score some Tory Burch jelly slides for such a good price. The person at the front also let us know there’s another newer Nordstrom Rack just up the freeway with a really nice setup, so we checked it out and found an amazing little bubble of stores there. What a great spot!”
“It was the second Target that I visited during my stay in San Antonio, it undoubtedly has a wide variety of products for all tastes, needs and day-to-day developments in the daily life of San Antonio and of course a fairly clean and well-kept establishment with good prices if you know how to immerse yourself in the offers.
Highly recommended for your purchases :D!!!

“I was shopping at the JCP at Rolling Oaks. My husband was with me, he walks with a cane, recovering from a stroke. I was going into a Fitting Room and was looking for a chair for him to sit momentarily. No chair to be found. I asked him to stand and wait for a minute, I was only trying one thing on. Out of nowhere a young lady by the name of Amy walked up with a stool! A big shout out to Amy! It took some stress off me knowing that my husband was temporarily okay. What an amazing young lady! I should have gotten her last name. She needs to be recognized for her customer service and compassion! Please! She just so happened to check me out, as well, upper level checkout. I thanked her, again! What a wonderful experience! Thank you JCP!”

“I had the most amazing experience at Macy’s, thanks to an incredibly kind and helpful employee named Robin. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to assist us. I was shopping for a semi-formal dress for an event tomorrow, and she not only pointed me in the right direction but also helped me find a coat.
I haven’t shopped at Macy’s in years, and I honestly don’t remember receiving this level of service—Robin made me feel like royalty! She deserves a promotion for her exceptional customer care. She went out of her way to show me where all the departments were.
Robin was also so sweet to my 7-year-old, complimenting her good behavior and making her feel special. This experience was memorable for both of us, and we’ll definitely be back—hopefully to see Robin again! Macy’s, you have a true gem on your team! There was another very helpful employee upstairs in the formal dresses department, but I didn’t catch her name.
Macy’s has really upped their customer service game!! Such a great experience today, I had to share about it!”

“This place is my addiction. Where else can one justify spending $150-$300 weekly? It's necessities at bargain basement prices, y'all!...but the girls at the check-out have a bad habit of overlooking ink security tags and leaving them attached to purchased clothes and shoes despite setting off the security alarm before exiting and again after post-double check clearance. Sure enough, I find the tag once home...that send me back the next day, and I end up dropping another round of bucks!”

“Incredible, everything is very cheap and we are fascinated by the store.
We found it a little disorganized but with many things to buy to take to Mexico and give to friends.
My niece María bought Harry Potter things, if you are a Harry Potter fan you will find a lot to buy here.
My sister bought tons of craft supplies and some candy.
And my youngest niece bought toys and a full-size tennis ball.
It is a place that is good to buy trinkets at a low cost ?”
