“Due to recent financial issues I went in to pawn some of my stuff. Priscilla and Ruby were very helpful and professional. I appreciated the fairness and even though one item was not accepted they helped me understand why and it made sense. I was able to pawn two other items. This will be he pawn shop I visit now and I wish more places had people like Priscilla and Ruby, they did not treat me like just another customer, I felt valued and that is the kind of service that keeps people coming back.
