“As I myself am in and have been in sales for over 30yrs i can honestly say that Mrs Wes at the 1702 sw military location store #10608 was absolutely by far amazingly wonderful and absolutely true professional. I have been a EZPAWN customer for as long as I can remember with many experiences both positive and negative. However my expierence with Mrs Wes will definitely go down as my most favorable memory at ezpawn to date. I would like to say thank you to Mrs Wes and to ezpawn. You made my wife as well as myself very happy and have impressed me. Thank you.”

“Just left this place and I’ll tell you every time I come there’s always a friendly face to greet me. You hear or see “pawn shop” there’s obvious assumptions but this place exceeds all expectations. And keep in mind it’s one of many on military but in my opinion it’s the cleanest, the whole store is fully lit and no weird smells. Armando was the employee who helped me out and was very willing to compromise with the asking price for an item I was selling. Most pawn shops and their employees just google the item and shave off the percentage to resell it. Armando just simply asked and approved of the amount I was willing to get for my item. Definitely returning!”

I felt appreciated. Joe assisted me with the 4473. I'll visit again. I took it apart, cleaned oiled. It runs like new. The store is clean and organized.”
