“First time visitor today. The swivel hinge on my cabinet broke this morning so I Google searched for "real" cabinet hardware. I brought my cheap, broken hinge with me to B&B. I had dozens of questions. I saw first-hand why my old hinge was thin, brittle, and stamped. It was a custom cabinet, too. No wonder why it broke.B&B had a replacement hinge that was heavy, solid, and REAL. And I was shocked that his hinge was $4. CRAZY!Brian taught me in detail how to repair, install, and adjust.I ended up browsing for nearly an hour and asking questions. Brian was helpful... like old school mom-and-pop shops used to be. Thank you for your expertise and helpfulness. GREAT STORE!I'll be getting all my hardware and project tools from them.”

He not only gave me ideas on how to fix it, he explained the steps I needed to take to get it done. He helped me gather the parts needed and took the time to show me how to put them together. Eloy helped us out of a jam and we are very grateful.”

“My wife and I visited the store at 1604 and 281. We found both Anthony and Richard extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We walked in not knowing what colors we needed to use in our kitchen remodel and they both helped with identifying the color that would best match our cabinets backsplash and countertops. This was a huge relief since we had no idea what to do.We will continue using this store for the product but more importantly the people that provided us with truly outstanding customer service. Good job Anthony and Richard.”

“Very interesting, this great place seemed like a good alternative to large chains like Home Depot, Lowe's and other large chains. You will be able to find tools at a very good quality price, some good and some not so good, but what surprised me was finding several tools or items at a good price with good quality in general, this store is a very good place to visit.”
“I've used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner.
On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. Anyways, Ajax was going to charge me less than half of the competitor. I don't know if that was a reflection of the competitor or how these guys are so reasonable.
Ajax Plumbing is reasonable priced, easy to book with, and are quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.”
