Good luck if picking up a package. 20 minutes in line and no one came to the window. Took 40 minutes and that was with 3 people ahead of me.

It has been two months since anyone came to repair the main mailbox lock, so they haven't been able to deliver the mail. I've also tried calling the office, but no one answers the phone, and when I go to the office, no one knows anything about it.

Employee at the package pick up window was not at window for 8 minutes and then comes back wearing head phone and is extremely rude to the customers. I guess this is normal for government employee. Then when he came back with my letter again very rude.
