“Quick and simple! Carrie was amazing! In less than 30 minutes she helped us pick out the perfect mattress. She was considerate of my daughter's back problems and showed us the mattresses that would be best for her. She treated us as people and not just another sell. I will definitely be returning!”

“Fantastic experience at the Loop 410 and Exchange Parkway Supercenter during their 72-hour Columbus Day weekend sale. I originally came in looking for a specific full-size Sealy Sleepy hybrid mattress I saw online. The staff immediately took me to try out the floor model in their back inventory space to test it out. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and gave a great overview of the academic research behind sleep, including how pressure points, joint pain, and side-sleeping dynamics work. He also let me test out a mid-tier Purple hybrid mattress on the main showroom floor and a Tempur-Pedic on a multi-point adjustable base with lumbar support. Even though those higher-end setups were amazing and financing options were available, there was zero pressure to overspend. They completely respected my decision to stick with my original plan. I walked out with the Sealy hybrid I came for—on sale for around $600 after tax—plus a free basic adjustable base promotion. On top of the great deal, we had an awesome, genuine conversation about sleep science and everyday life. Highly recommend this location for their professionalism, expertise, and customer-first approach!”

“Miller was awesome. He helped me try out a few options, while making suggestions based on the mattress I currently have and really like (just needed to upgrade to a king). The best part was Miller was not pushy at all. When a sales guy/associate is pushy I usually am far less likely to buy. Miller was super chill. I had a strict budget I was willing to spend, and he helped work a deal.”
