“Pet delivered my power chair through the VA months ago. I had a problem with my Joey lift and he was the chosen contractor by the VA to repair it. He ordered the parts and returned to install it. It's very obvious to anyone who is fortunate enough to have had wonderful shopping experiences, that this woman has years worth of skill in providing them.
Next time I go back I'll get her name and permission to post it, because I want her management to know it.
The store itself was very clean, dressing rooms had ample space (though I wish the doors went all the way to the floor), good lighting, and good mirror size.
As someone not in the medical field and having no previous scrubs shopping experience, I thought the selection seemed good, with multiple brands/colors/options.

“When Ive spoken to the techs behind the counter they are very cordial and with a “How may I help you” genuine demeanor moreover the Pharmacists is very knowledgeable and polite.
As far as price wise on meds goes, Well they are competitive to the big chain pharmacies and (in my case) they are cheaper. Plus offer free delivery!!!
Now this is only the second time I’ve used them, we will see how they perform in future transactions.
Ohhh , I only have a couple of concerns:
1) they will not take discount cards like::The Good RX discount cards.
2) The Galaxy pharmacies do not have their own discount cards like HEB does.
But apart from those couple of gripes.

“I went with a friend to SMS Medical in San Antonio, this past Friday, Nov. 4th. After an unpleasant 1st time experience at (The Pink Boutique, also in San Antonio...the only staff I encountered was quite rude at the pink boutique). 1st off SMS staff were all very easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable. They made my 1st time experience of getting measured for a compression bra seem effortless and even pleasant. Anissa, who assisted with my measurements was so sweet. As was Crystal who assisted me today regarding my bra purchase and tracking info. I need to also mention Pamela, who got the ball rolling from the get go of making sure I received wonderful service. A side note...for those of us going thru cancer for a first time, it can be a devastating toll on our overall emotions. “We had two recliner chairs delivered yesterday by Jason and Silas for American Medical and Rehab Inc. Excellent and fast delivery service from these two gentlemen. They were careful in bringing recliners up the stairs and took the time to assemble chairs and explain every function on each chair.
