“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. “I was trying to visit my aunt in the hospital …on Father’s Day Sunday… my phone wasn’t working …it only showed SOS.
Without a map for guidance I was lost in San Antonio … for a while looking for an ATT sign so I could get help…. I walked in and Kimberly helped me right away … I gave her my phone and told her I didn’t know anything about technology. I shied her my drivers license and immediately started to correct the problem…with a smile ..and very friendly . “I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Jack twice now. The first time was when I needed to activate a new phone number after requesting a new number for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Jack was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and he made sure the issue was resolved before I left.
The second time, Jack helped me with transitioning from Apple to Samsung. We placed an order for the phone I wanted, and I was notified when it arrived. Even though something came up on the same day, Jack was flexible with the timing. I went to Verizon at 7 PM, and I’m so grateful that Jack didn’t rush me out; he stayed with me and assisted until the data transfer from my Apple device to the Samsung was completed.
