“Went in last minute on Christmas Eve to get my daughter’s iPhone fixed for Christmas. He went over and beyond fixing , replacing and repairing what previously was broken on top of replacing the screen. Went in into perfect detail with what was done and what was going to be needed done. Excellent diagnosis. Will definitely keep going for other fixes and repairs. I recommend 100% to other people.”

The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“I ordered total of 4 iPhones but decided to go with just tow of those. The process of canceling the order and processing the new order is very time consuming. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. Trust me, not all managers or employees in sales has that attitude of helping the customer who is need.”

Without a map for guidance I was lost in San Antonio … for a while looking for an ATT sign so I could get help…. I walked in and Kimberly helped me right away … I gave her my phone and told her I didn’t know anything about technology. I shied her my drivers license and immediately started to correct the problem…with a smile ..and very friendly . She even pulled up directions to the hospital and helped me connect the phone to my truck for directions…,

“I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Jack twice now. The first time was when I needed to activate a new phone number after requesting a new number for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Jack was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and he made sure the issue was resolved before I left.
The second time, Jack helped me with transitioning from Apple to Samsung. We placed an order for the phone I wanted, and I was notified when it arrived. Even though something came up on the same day, Jack was flexible with the timing. I went to Verizon at 7 PM, and I’m so grateful that Jack didn’t rush me out; he stayed with me and assisted until the data transfer from my Apple device to the Samsung was completed.

“Your phone breaking and needing a replacement immediately is a pretty stressful situation. I started at T-Mobile (my provider at the time), and after a frustrating experience there, I walked across the parking lot to this AT&T store to see if they could help. Paul was my salesperson, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. What should have been a straightforward process ended up taking much longer than usual (completely my fault), including calls to all three credit bureaus and T-Mobile. Paul never rushed me, never showed frustration, and stayed friendly and kind throughout, when most people probably wouldn’t have.
The other salesperson who was working that evening was also very friendly and supportive, even though I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Together, they made a stressful situation feel manageable. My phone trade-in went smoothly on their end, and I really appreciated the professionalism and patience from both of them.
This review is specifically for this store and the people who work here, not a general review of AT&T as a provider. If you’re dealing with a phone emergency and need help from real, decent humans, this location is a good place to go.”
“I had probably one of the best experiences to date here at the Atat SPM location. The manager James went above and beyond with his service and educating me in the plans I currently have and optiona I had to improve my current rates with each phone line in addition to adding a phone line as well. I really appreciate the service he provided. He answered all my questions, and I had many of them with patience and full detail . He had answers to all of them and never pushed or pressured me a sale onto me. I definitely will be back for any future phone purchase or plan change thru him. “The manager of this store helped us. He was incredible!! Did abt three things at once and all efficiently!! He gave us a good price and was very knowledgeable. He kept reassuring us he would help us as soon as feasible which took a little timw but no mistake of his own. It was bc of the issue he was dealing with. He put the Screen protector on perfectly and transferred our info from one phone to another and another phone from a different network to another. He even greeted one customer by name!! I used to be a Tmobile customer but so far, I am totally impressed with AT&T. I am definitely going back to this store for ANY questions.”
“Went here to take my Part 107 test. Ladies were friendly and helped everyone in the order we came in. I walked around the store while waiting my turn and the store was very organized and clean. Lots of pilot accessories and decor. Unfortunately they really didn’t have any drone pilot stuff outside of one log book I could purchase but it’s understandable as likely 95% of their business is fixed wing pilots or airline stewardesses.
In terms of the testing the room was very quiet and clean I had 3 other people taking tests in the room with me at the same time and everyone was quiet and respectful of others taking tests. All items needed to take the tests were provided. The staff was very professional if I need to take any FAA tests in the future or have anyone request recommendations i will definitely recommend Pilot Shoppe.”
