Customer experiences vary. Some customers have encountered situations where assistance was not proactively offered, requiring them to ask for help, especially on first visits. Others have experienced delays with in-store processed orders, though associates were noted as being sweet and helpful once they began working on them. On the positive side, many have received great customer service, with associates demonstrating vast knowledge of products, which proved very helpful in making purchasing decisions. I do not have the employees name but the lady working in the printing area was absolutely wonderful and I wanted to make sure to let you know. She was working on Tuesday 2/10 in the afternoon and helped to get my order together when I didn't have much time.

Office Depot needs to update its POS system to allow people who use Apple Pay to bypass the PIN, like pretty much every other store and other retailers who accept Apple Pay.
