“The employees at this store were so easy to work with. I had a banner printed here and they helped me with the resolution so that everything came out clear. I drove in from out of town for a convention and was super nervous because an employee at the Office Depot in Mckinney was not friendly or accommodating at all. It is nice to see that some stores still focus on customer service.”
“This was my first visit. The young lady that helped me was very nice. I don't know much about printing from my phone, so she helped me. I offered to tip her, but she refused the tip. I don't think that's right. i'm a senior and when we don't know something and the younger ones help us, they should be compensated. That's not favoritism. That's appreciation. This rule needs to be appealed. I will always take my copy/printing work to this location and refer others.”

“This Office Depot is stellar! I have come into this location a few times now to print, as I have no printer at home. I have used both their Printing Pickup and their Self-Service Printing, and was not disappointed! My print order that I picked up was immaculate and well-organized. The Self-Service printing station was easy to figure out, as I had already emailed my document to their system! It came out perfectly. The station ran out of paper during one of my bigger printing sessions, and a staff member assisted me very quickly, fixing it in about a minute! If you are someone who needs documents printed and do not have a printer (or don’t trust your own), please come to this spot!”

They created a 3rd workspace for our team that we now call “ClubHub” and provided us all with desks that offer our team the ability to stand or sit to encourage a flexible work environment.We really appreciate Mike Luna and our rep Margaret for all they did over the process.”

“I had an amazing experience thanks to Jacob, the assistant manager at Office Depot. I was in a rush and only had a limited amount of money with me, and my total ended up being more than I expected. Jacob went out of his way to help me by price-matching my items and lowering my total so I could get everything I needed. He definitely didn’t have to do that, but I’m super grateful he did. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend him—he’s doing a great job.”

Legendary a few decades ago, the Xerox is starting to wane (not Garth, wane) and fade into insignificance, but this company still has nice digs here in San Antonio, and the new building in which they have a ton of office space is pretty impressive. They've definitely helped our lives out over the years so good job to them.”

“Purchased a Scriveiner Copper Pocket Fountain Pen. I wish there was more of a selection and ink cartridge options. At another location i purchased a Waterman Allure fountain pen but none of the locations carry cartridges which doesn't make sense. I noticed they do carry Scriveiner cartridges so i purchased this pen and it's great. The staff, although nervous to let me see the pen in the open box were still very helpful.”

While they could have tried to upsell me on something beyond what I needed, they did not do so that in my book speaks volumes. They are the experts in their field. Further, it is great to know when you are doing business with them you are supporting a woman's small owned business that values you, unlike the big box stores or online vendors.”
“The website is user friendly. I was able to filter, see my options, and their specs laid out before me. And, I hope everyone inquiring on renting equipment with Sunstate has the pleasure of David Johnston(San Antonio) handling their account. He came by our office, pulled out the laptop, and went to work for us, providing us a very awesome deal compared to the other 2 very popular equipment rental businesses in town that I had also got a quote from. Oh and speaking of account, the process was painless and quick. He is very knowledgeable of their equipment and helped us in choosing the perfect forklift for our needs. Our rental arrived at the site as scheduled, the very next morning at 9:00am as we requested. It went smooth. David really goes the extra mile on providing us with an awesome customer experience. I'm positive ALL his accounts get the same treatment; I can't see it any other way. The dude is genuine. “I had a really wonderful experience at this store. We wanted invitations for a wedding. The staff was warm and knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips to get the best layout for the invitations. My main concern was that I wanted a special font that really matched the concept of our wedding. The staff suggested printing everything in house. This was a brilliant idea because we were able to get our invitations much faster. I highly recommend the store.”
