“I had a rough day today. Already stressed at work, I went to change the ink in my printer and the brand new toner busted and spread ink all over the place. I figured both the drum and cartridge were toast, which would set me back somewhere around $300. By the time I reached the register here I was fuming mad. The two employees at the front desk were extremely patient and helpful with me. I'm sure I acted like a jerk in the beginning of that interaction, but thanks to the staff I was laughing by the end of it. I ended up not needing to buy a drum, which was a huge relief as that is the more expensive item. The staff here made my day a little better and I just wanted to write this to say thank you for that.”

Legendary a few decades ago, the Xerox is starting to wane (not Garth, wane) and fade into insignificance, but this company still has nice digs here in San Antonio, and the new building in which they have a ton of office space is pretty impressive. They've definitely helped our lives out over the years so good job to them.”

“I recently visited this OfficeMax to inquire about printing business cards, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The employee at the printing center (ANGIELINA-print associate) was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I asked several questions about the printing process, but she never made an effort to acknowledge me—she didn’t look up even once while I was speaking. When I politely asked if she could please make eye contact, she became visibly upset and stated she was "really busy editing" and turned her computer for me to see all her work.
I was disappointed by her response and the lack of attention I received. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for her, and this made me feel completely ignored, as though my business didn’t matter. I don't believe someone with such a poor attitude and lack of engagement should be in a role where they interact with customers.
I almost took my business somewhere else, but thanks to Hannah, who was so pleasant while answering my questions. She was so helpful and assisted me in ordering ny business cards .

“I found Kathy and your staff to be extremely helpful, conscientious, cheerful to answer questions and resolve issues or concerns, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to do business with. While they could have tried to upsell me on something beyond what I needed, they did not do so that in my book speaks volumes. They are the experts in their field. Further, it is great to know when you are doing business with them you are supporting a woman's small owned business that values you, unlike the big box stores or online vendors.”
“The website is user friendly. I was able to filter, see my options, and their specs laid out before me. And, I hope everyone inquiring on renting equipment with Sunstate has the pleasure of David Johnston(San Antonio) handling their account. He came by our office, pulled out the laptop, and went to work for us, providing us a very awesome deal compared to the other 2 very popular equipment rental businesses in town that I had also got a quote from. Oh and speaking of account, the process was painless and quick. He is very knowledgeable of their equipment and helped us in choosing the perfect forklift for our needs. Our rental arrived at the site as scheduled, the very next morning at 9:00am as we requested. It went smooth. David really goes the extra mile on providing us with an awesome customer experience. I'm positive ALL his accounts get the same treatment; I can't see it any other way. The dude is genuine. We have rented twice since meeting David back in April 2025, and we just hung up after scheduling our third rental to be dropped off to another site of ours. Thanks again, David. “I had a really wonderful experience at this store. We wanted invitations for a wedding. The staff was warm and knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips to get the best layout for the invitations. My main concern was that I wanted a special font that really matched the concept of our wedding. The staff suggested printing everything in house. In our experience, we have found that their service agreements are very reasonably priced, and they are prompt and professional when we need to call for supplies or service. We recently spent some time pricing out a new copier, and although we did not end up making the purchase, our salesperson at CTWP was super helpful in answering all of our questions, and putting together comparisons for us.
