The 12V battery on my hybrid vehicle needed to be replaced. I phoned ahead and found out the E Houston location (closest to my then location) had what was needed. The employee named Betty was BEYOND helpful and helped me to change the battery. I cannot say enough good things about Betty!!! Thank you!!!!
