I took a battery in that I bought from Batteries Plus, initially the store rep Rita after testing said it appeared to be a dead battery possibly not savable, however she offered to put it on the charger overnight and as she promised she would call with an update as soon as she was in the store, without fail she did! and delivered the good news that my battery did charge and was indeed useable!!! RITA went above and beyond to help me AND saved me money from having to buy a new battery!!!!! this is my second time having to return to this store and both times have been the best experience!!!! I will be returning with other business they can help with like repairing my fob to another vehicle I have!!! RITA you are the BEST!!!!!!”

“I had went to a O'Reilly's on Zazamora and their scan tool was out of order?? I found this place. Great atmosphere, all the shelves are in order and well stocked. Met a true professional, Mr. Angel has a great attitude. It's always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and somebody that is available and says can l help you. As soon l walked into the store. He came out & scanned my car that l affectionately call Stephanie; she is a 2009 MlNl JCW she has shaved valves, JCW braces front and rear, cross drilled rotors and Brembo brakes. Oh,and a cat back exhaust stainless steel.long story short the dealer doesn't always do what they say. I have learned how to fix my beast. l have found a.new clean shiny store with employees that know how to give service. This is my New go to store.
Mr. Angel assisted me with ordering my part as the other wasn't capable of providing me with the correct part or even scan the car. I go to places that work... no second chances. The correct part l ordered over the phone with Mr Angel will be here tomorrow at 9am. This is perfect. This my new go to parts place. Thank you for your service Mr. Angel.

“Pick up a part I needed for my 2017 Ford F150 XLT pickup truck. I was able to pick it up 2 hours later. Autozone had to special order them online and arrived two weeks later. Just for a Battery Current Sensor DS7Z-10C679-A. It cost me almost $300 bucks at O'Reilly but it was worth it then $329.”

Loaned me the proper tools I needed and Brian even taught me how to properly take off and put on the battery. I didn’t know there was even an order of operations for that until he told me. “I went in for a headlight that was out on my drivers side. I was waited on by James. James was great! Looked at my car, determined he could fix it, and showed me which bulb to buy. He helped me choose the exact same bulb and it was pricier but let me make final decision over lesser priced model which would have been sufficient. I went in with anxiety about it and James took care of it in about 10 minutes. I coulda hugged him. He was funny and made me feel at ease. MARC helped me, immediately with the purchase of a Battery for my Jeep. He also installed it- fast n efficient, in the heat! I went to buy an oil filter (mobile 1, cause I already had the oil at home) and the guy behind the counter suggested I just buy the oil and filter ...which came out considerably less expensive (38 dollars for 5 it's of mobil1 oil amd an oil filter as opposed to just 18 for just the oil filter)”

“I have purchased many batteries from a company that provides great service and have been very happy with them. However one of our vehicles has not needed a battery. We left the dome light on and drained the battery unintentionally. Charged it back up and cleaned the terminals added some distilled water to the cells. This 7 year old battery "Continental battery" is still going strong. It appears that from now on we will be replacing all our batteries with Continental batteries.”

“I had a check engine light come on in my 2008 Toyota Prius, so I searched Google Maps and found Abdelnabi Hybrid Car Repair. I made an appointment for a diagnostic, and Yasir quickly and accurately identified the problem as a coolant control valve issue.
He ordered the genuine Toyota OEM replacement part the next day and I brought my Prius in that evening for the repair. After replacing the part, Yasir took the car for a test drive with me to make sure everything was working properly.
One thing I really appreciated was his thorough before-and-after diagnostic reports. He documents the condition of the vehicle before the repair and then provides another diagnostic after the repair, so you can clearly see the results.
Yasir also followed up with me after I got home and asked me to text him if everything continued to run properly. That level of follow-up and attention to detail really impressed me.
I’m very happy with the service I received. Yasir is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, and his expertise is especially strong when it comes to Toyota and Lexus hybrid vehicles. His experience is narrow and deep, which is exactly what I was looking for with my Prius.
Cost of repair was reasonable. I would have paid much more using the dealership repair shop.
