“I had went to a O'Reilly's on Zazamora and their scan tool was out of order?? I found this place. Great atmosphere, all the shelves are in order and well stocked. Met a true professional, Mr. Angel has a great attitude. It's always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and somebody that is available and says can l help you. As soon l walked into the store. He came out & scanned my car that l affectionately call Stephanie; she is a 2009 MlNl JCW she has shaved valves, JCW braces front and rear, cross drilled rotors and Brembo brakes. Oh,and a cat back exhaust stainless steel.long story short the dealer doesn't always do what they say. I have learned how to fix my beast. l have found a.new clean shiny store with employees that know how to give service. This is my New go to store.
Mr. Angel assisted me with ordering my part as the other wasn't capable of providing me with the correct part or even scan the car. I go to places that work... no second chances. The correct part l ordered over the phone with Mr Angel will be here tomorrow at 9am. This is perfect. This my new go to parts place. Thank you for your service Mr. Angel.

“Pick up a part I needed for my 2017 Ford F150 XLT pickup truck. I was able to pick it up 2 hours later. Autozone had to special order them online and arrived two weeks later. Just for a Battery Current Sensor DS7Z-10C679-A. It cost me almost $300 bucks at O'Reilly but it was worth it then $329.”

“7707 culebra location. Came in for a battery test after my car was doing a slow and painful start. The kind where you hold your breath and hope it turns over. You know the deal. ?
Caste jumped into action and got the battery tested, (it was bad) then validated it was still under warranty and replaced/installed a new battery all in about 15 min. ? I know they must do this a million times a week but wow did he make my day go smoother. He also did all of this with a great attitude. I know other places offer this service as well, but I've never had a bad experience at an O'Reilly's yet...even in locations outside of Texas. Hoping their complimentary services stay consistently great. Thanks O'Reilly's and Caste.”
“I went in 3 weeks ago to buy a battery (great price w/online discounts) I was helped by John he was very efficient to the point with dash of humor! ? I had to come back today for a replacement, again help by John, I was already stressed because of my battery, and again he was straight to the point and again his dash of humor lighted my day! I took a battery in that I bought from Batteries Plus, initially the store rep Rita after testing said it appeared to be a dead battery possibly not savable, however she offered to put it on the charger overnight and as she promised she would call with an update as soon as she was in the store, without fail she did! and delivered the good news that my battery did charge and was indeed useable!!! RITA went above and beyond to help me AND saved me money from having to buy a new battery!!!!! this is my second time having to return to this store and both times have been the best experience!!!! I will be returning with other business they can help with like repairing my fob to another vehicle I have!!! RITA you are the BEST!!!!!!”

“Excellent Customer Service. My car broke down in the parking lot, so I went in to see if they could help me jumpstart the vehicle. Nic came out with a device to help me, we tried to start the car a few times without success. He then went back to the store to get a wrench to take the battery off so they could charge it.
After about 45 mins of waiting for the battery to finish charging, it was returned to me. Nic, however was on his break; he promptly came back from his break to further assist me with re-installing the battery on my car, which I am incredibly thankful for. Overall, great experience. Give this guy a raise.”

“What a wonderful experience, bringing my 2016 Prius to be diagnosed by Mr. Yaser Abdelnabi. Within an hour, he had test driven my car, ran a computerized analysis, and examined the underside of my vehicle and determined I needed new stabilizers. I was so happy to finally find out what was wrong with my Prius performance. He took pictures and video, and gave me the part numbers that I needed, so that I could show my mechanic in another city what needed to be repaired. I had full trust in his ability to diagnose my Prius, because this is his specialty to work on Prius and Lexus cars. Mr. Abdelnabi has a wonderful personality, and made me feel like he cares about my safety and my Prius!”
