“I’m so impressed! I had to leave a review! Visiting San Antonio and needed a new battery for husbands truck! Went to this store and it was very busy! Only one gentleman working. I was thinking wow I’ll be here for a couple hours but this young man by the name of Darian was so helpful and efficient! He was very knowledgeable! The customer before me had to get a key fob made! I had no idea they can do that! That young man went and took care of that and then helped everyone else and I was done in no time! He was so calm and efficiently did his job so well while being so friendly and knowledgeable!!! “All the employees are so wonderful at this location! I went in two times with my 6 year old , trying to find bolts and an older women barely spoke English went out her way to look them up online for a spoiler , and even help me find correct size , short or long and tried them before letting me buy it . I was turned down at auto zone and told they aren’t a hardware store.. thank goodness for orileys. A week later (yesterday) November 4th, all the staff took their time to show me the proper tools needed to fix my spoiler and led strip light mount! They showed me proper sizing and part parts were what , and even checked my part that I bought somewhere else online to make sure it was the proper part #. They were all so friendly and helpful and very patient ! They really went out their way even though I was gonna look for tools at Walmart bc the price was jst a few dollars cheaper for big sets. They are definitely great staff there and very informative and helpful . Very very pleased and will be getting parts from them and going back to this location. They helped me save $350 in getting a repair done myself instead of a mechanic shop route I was going to. Thank u guys for all u do!!!”

Speaking very clearly & distinctly w/ alot knowledge & professionalism related to their business.We had a very quick phone conversation and we came to a prompt agreement as to what would best meet my needs. I was upsold on one of there " In House" ReMan alternators. Better than having my old 22 y.o. unit rebuilt and possibly having issues w/ down the road.Thank you, guys. “Helpful and courteous staff. Was struggling getting new wiper blades I just purchased installed in the parking lot and an employee arriving for work offered to assist without any prompting. When I prepared to leave I realized I drained my car battery after turning on the lights and accessories to put my wipers in maintenance mode (Sets them halfway so you can pull them out and change them out on Nissan Sentra). The staff had no problem giving my unfortunate self a jump and was soon on my way again.”
