“Let me tell you, this CA is one of the few that I truly enjoy visiting. Each time I come, I feel the love. They are so welcoming to their customers. 😊. Ohhhh and let's not forget they give you the BEST deals on selling items, and purchasing items. I've never pawned anything, but I've heard customers praise how they get top dollars when pawning as well. Enter with a smile, great vibes & positivity & I can assure you, you'd be satisfied! The entire crew is amazing; Dean, Letty, Isabel, Neo, Philip etc. If I left anyone out, charge it to my mind, not my heart.”

“Zach was incredibly helpful when I was purchasing a charm for my daughter. He took his time and made sure I was able to see every piece without feeling rushed. I’ve been doing business with Zach since his time at Action Pawn, and even back when he worked at EZ Pawn. I actually drive all the way from 211 and Potranco just to work with him. His customer service is truly outstanding definitely above and beyond! I will continue to recommend family and friends. THANK YOU ZACH.”

“I want to share the wonderful experience I’ve had over the past four years as a customer at Cash America on Perrin Central. Throughout the years, I’ve been helped by many pawn brokers and managers, but I can honestly say that Store Manager Isaac has gone above and beyond to make sure I am always taken care of. His knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help others are what make this location stand out. He makes every customer feel valued, respected, and confident that they are in good hands. Today, Isaac did something that no previous store manager had done for me. He took the time to resolve an issue with my account by merging my three separate accounts into one. I never understood why I had three accounts, and it was causing problems with my pawn loans and layaways. Isaac, along with Maria, worked together to fix everything quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service they provided. Employees like Isaac and Maria are a tremendous asset to Cash America, and because of them, I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you both for making every visit a positive experience! Also would like to mention Eva your are also awesome 🫶🏽! Love this team”

“Deja is beyond the best pawn sales experience i have EVER had. She was kind, attentive, great humor, welcoming smile. I felt safe, heard, and appreciated. I had a bracelet from an ex to sell, she gave me a great deal on it, and helped me pick out a TV for my boyfriend. Thank you girl! That was such a relief to finally be ready to let go of that bracelet and get a big ash tv?! Girl is awesome!!! Go shop with her! I would also like to add that a very distraught and overly hyperfixated Lady came in and was upset because she missed the date for her ponned Item and was losing her mind. She Was trying to blame the shop for not calling her, When clearly it's on your butt to keep track of your own stuff. Deja remained respectful and calm with this lady and I was trying so hard to keep my own composure and not laugh my butt off, because I have never seen a retail sales employee Stay that calm at somebody acting like a toddler karen.”
