His knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help others are what make this location stand out. He makes every customer feel valued, respected, and confident that they are in good hands.
Today, Isaac did something that no previous store manager had done for me. He took the time to resolve an issue with my account by merging my three separate accounts into one. I never understood why I had three accounts, and it was causing problems with my pawn loans and layaways. Isaac, along with Maria, worked together to fix everything quickly and professionally.

I would also like to add that a very distraught and overly hyperfixated Lady came in and was upset because she missed the date for her ponned Item and was losing her mind. She Was trying to blame the shop for not calling her, When clearly it's on your butt to keep track of your own stuff. Deja remained respectful and calm with this lady and I was trying so hard to keep my own composure and not laugh my butt off, because I have never seen a retail sales employee Stay that calm at somebody acting like a toddler karen.”
