I recently moved from San Antonio and I miss the Penfed Branch and their outstanding customer service. I banked there for four years before relocating and I would recommend to all. The two employees that helped me the most were Mike and Belinda - so nice and patient with my frequent visits to the branch!

I was greeted upon entering. Bank gave a welcome feeling to it's business. I was treated as a valued member. Bank rep. Belinda gave some very helpful advice. As being a menber for 30+ years. I have always trusted PenFed. I would definitely recommend PFCU for any banking needs.
