About Pet Shotz Inc.
Pet Shotz Inc. has been serving pets and their owners since 2006, offering a wide range of veterinary services including vaccinations, spay and neuter procedures, dental cleaning, bloodwork, x-rays, heartworm testing, and fecal exams. Customers appreciate the caring and knowledgeable staff, with many highlighting the kindness of the care techs and the professionalism of the veterinarians. One reviewer praised a specific tech for their empathy and extra effort in caring for dogs, noting that the clinic has maintained high-quality care for over 15 years. The team is recognized for their ability to communicate well, making procedures like drop-offs and pick-ups smooth and convenient. The clinic is also valued for its affordable pricing, providing top-notch treatment at lower costs compared to other options.
However, some reviews mention occasional issues, such as a rude receptionist and billing concerns. One customer experienced unexpected charges for not bringing a feral cat in a specific trap and extra fees for antibiotics, which they felt were unfair and not clearly communicated beforehand. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience at Pet Shotz Inc. is positive, with many clients trusting the clinic to care for their pets’ health and well-being. The clinic’s friendly staff, affordable prices, and dedication to pet care make it a popular choice for pet owners in the community.
