Mailing is always easy and fast here. Unlike the post office, who seem to get annoyed if you don't automatically know all the shipping rules and procedures, the employees here are always willing to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. Thank you for all the times you've helped me!

LaMyla helped me with the fingerprint process, although I was familiar with the process as I have done several times before, she still made it easy and explained what was going on.
