I seen alot of reviews that Rock solid enternet is bad but from my experience I just purchased Rock solid enternet and it works great , I live out in the country so it's hard getting wifi out here , Thank you rock solid Enternet!

I can’t even get through to customer service. I was on hold 3 separate times and got hung up on. Longest wait was probably about 55 minutes! I selected to get a call back twice and never did!

WORST INTERNET PROVIDER AROUND! Do not waste your money on service that's slow. We have no internet service right now and Rock Solid won't have a technician out here until next week!! Why are we even paying for service?! Would give 0 stars if I could!
