I received personalized attention from the owners, as well as a gentleman who's been with the company for 38 years (sadly his name escapes me). “Great customer service. They really take time to help you find the best shoe for you, no matter how many people are shopping. This includes scanning your feet, sensing your cadence on a pad, and bring out plenty of shoes. I tried almost 10 pairs and never felt rushed, always felt heard. In fact, when the first round of shoes didn't result in a confident answer, the Hispanic female employee with short hair recommend a new round of boxes. It was great, that's where I found my perfect shoes. They were more expensive than my usual picks, but they we MY shoes, not random running shoes I found shopping alone at a different store which always resulted in shoes that didn't fit my needs or body.”

“It's a nice shoe store. I saw some videos af this place and it painted a different picture. I thought this was a good size candy store but it's not. They do have a concession stand that sells snacks. If you want to buy water, you have to pay cash. If you're looking for shoes, come here.”

“I was looking at a couple pairs of boots online and decided to go try them on at the store. Couldn’t have made a better decision. I went mid-day over the weekend and it was PACKED. The employees were very attentive, even taking the time to scan my feet as more customers piled in. I landed on the pair I wanted after chatting with Ricardo for a bit. He was very knowledgeable and evenly spread his time among a few others and myself. I never felt like I was waiting for help, as he always seemed to be there right when you needed him. I ended up ordering a new pair from the factory, which came in less than a week. This isn’t my first pair of Red Wings but now I know this location will be my go-to for my next pair and any boot maintenance supplies going forward!”

I just placed another order for 2 more sets of OCPs and will continue to do so in the future. I gave them 5 stars because I can't give them 6.”
“My first official pair of boots since I was 6yrs old. I am very picky about my feet. I have a wide foot and can't wear too many types of shoes. My honey and I went in, just to look. I immediately saw a pair of ostrich boots that looked very nice. I tried them on and was pleasantly surprised at how good they felt. All leather, even the sole. The color on that pair looked excellent. With a pair of black jeans they really stand out. My honey got them for me as a birthday present. They offered to steam them for a more softer feel so I agreed. When I received them a week later, they fit like a comfortable pair of leather shoes. Soft in some places and firm where they needed to be. I am very happy with my boots. I highly recommend spending some money on a good pair (ostrich run about $550+). I will buy about 2 or 3 more pairs of boots. Solid Black and a lighter tan are my next pairs with leather soles. I am looking to try on a pair from Tecovas and Gomez Boot Ranch in Pflugerville, Boot Barn or Cavender's. Never a shortage of quality boot sellers in Texas.”
“I really loved a pair a boots I saw through tic toc I had to have them they no longer had the color I wanted so I ordered a different color I went on the website again I found 71/2 in the color I wanted I called and the young lady on the other side made it happen I received my boots they are beautiful booties I love them well made.
