Roger and his team are great, and he has called to clarify things like paper size if I had a discrepancy in my print job to make sure I'm getting what I want. Prints are done very fast as well!”

“Discovered some small damage of my interior door trim after purchasing a preowned Porsche that has been bothering me. Started my quest to find a reputable trim repair shop without spending an arm and a leg (especially with high-end vehicles). Was referred to Encore Trim by one of my Wheel Repair personnel and it was an amazing find/recommendation. “Monica Smith is a treasure! When I went to alpha graphics for help in recreating a certificate and gold stamp that would need to be embossed I found her really easy to talk with. She patiently explained the process of doing what I wanted (which was more complicated than I realized) and then re-created the certificate and redesigned the gold stamp so it could be made into an embosser. She then followed through by referring me to a company which makes embossers and forwarded her design to them. I am extremely fortunate to have run into Monica and recommend her to anyone needing graphic design help.”
