Studio 6 San Antonio - Lackland AFB is a clean and comfortable extended-stay hotel located very close to the base. The rooms offer lots of space, with a full kitchen, ample cabinets, and a private bedroom. Guests report the beds are great and the AC is cold with a hot shower. The staff, including housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, security, managers, and owners, is consistently described as professional, polite, kind, helpful, understanding, and on top of things. Security provides a feeling of safety. The outdoor pool area is clean, relaxing, and not busy. The location is convenient, right next to a Denny's and with several other restaurants and stores very close by. I loved the location, dennys right outside and other foods spots surrounding. they gave us first floor because we had kids very considerate of them. When we walked in the room it did have a moldy smell, it comes and goes.
