Thrifty, Dollar, Hertz want you to pay a fee to bypass the counter instead of hiring people to man it.
Hour line in Jax, and a 45 minute line in San Antonio.

This was our first time renting from Thrifty and the experience was great. The staff was very courteous, the vehicle was clean and the pickup and return was quick and seemless.
