“Super cool place. I walked in with very little knowledge of good cigars looking for a gift, and the gentleman was very helpful showing me different kinds of cigars that people like for gifts. I was able to make a good choice. I thought it was really cool that you can buy a couple cigars and sit there and enjoy their lounge and bring your own bourbon. We will definitely be back. We are not regular smokers, but we enjoy a cigar from time to time. This is the perfect place.”

“New/novice cigar smoker appeal; not intimidating, friendly staff, no membership lounge, outdoor covered patio a solid selection of sticks. Been to Finck a couple of times and some of the major differences (not necessarily positives or negatives) are: staff doesn't follow you around the humidor, lounge large outdoor covered smoking patio and not as "exclusive" selection of cigars. This is a hangout spot and that's what I like about it. Whenever I'm in the area I have to force myself to not stop by Finck because I don't want to just purchase some sticks and leave, I want to stay and hang. Parking is a little limited, but besides that Finck is a great place to stop-in. Patrons are also friendly and will converse.”

“I just left the store and had the best customer service for the second time. Braydon was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and straight up guy. I was that annoying customer who talked his ear off and asked him a billion different questions about vape devices, CBD and Delta-8 general education, and differences regarding cannabinoids. He taught me how to verify a product is what they say they are by viewing the lab analysis. He is so sincere and patient and honest. A few weeks ago I was in the store and was helped by Gabe (I believe that was his name) and he was equally helpful and knowledgeable and he too was very patient with me when I asked him several questions about my mod and other products. This store has earned ny trust, and I will be a return customer.”
