My experiences at Journeys have always been positive and then employees are normally really helpful. My latest visit had me exchanging a pair if shoes purchased online and the rep that assisted was really helpful and made suggestions of shoes and sizes to get.

This store is located in the lower level of Ingram Mall. Good selection, and slightly disorganized, but the staff is truly impressive. I walked in with a request that could easily be described as annoying, but every member of the crew on duty was nothing short of friendly and helpful.
