Alexis helped my family get a 4 line plan. He explained everything very well. My handset was malfunctioning and Alexis helped with getting it exchanged without issues. Although Verizon online customer service has been horrible. And very time consuming. Always go to this store. They are good and knowledgeable.

Angela helped my son and myself with our phones this weekend and was just Amazing!!! So refreshing when you find someone who actually cares and enjoys helping.
