Doug Coleman was exceptional to work with. He went over and above to help us during a difficult time in our lives. He spent lots of time with us, kept us informed, contacted others to obtain information and he was very kind and compassionate. He is a treasure for the Verizon Company. Thank you Doug!

Had great service in store, but I had preordered my phone on day 1 of preorders and was told I would receive on launch day. My phone still hasn’t shipped and online support only says that they are back ordered. The whole point of ordering day one was to prevent being on back order.
