“Costco has great deals, but the system for checking out is flawed. The self check out line is probably 75ft long and 1 person directing traffic like a cop. The issue is that the long lime blocks traffic flow throw the aisles near check out. It is annoying for people in line and shoppers. There should be a marked line for self checkout to avoid unnecessary customer confusion and frustration.”
“Twice i have had a package delivered and placed right in front of my door. The first time I stepped on it but did not fall. Tonight I noticed it before stepping out. I am 85 and cannot afford to fall on the cement porch. Please caution your drivers about this. Thanks Jim”
“Food amazing and clothes are very reasonable priced. Got hotel pillows that are amazing. A pair of slippers in shoes that are comfortable as well as groceries pampers dog food and more. Recommend getting a membership it's well worth it and you get gas cheaper.”

He introduced himself when we walked in the store but he didn't hover around which was really nice. But he was always ready to answer any questions we had. “5 stars, I called ahead & talked to the whse manager. They allowed me to park overnight for my 0800 appt. Told me a dock # to park in. They open at 8am but the crew is unloading me now and it’s 0730. Thank you so much for allowing overnight parking, and unloading early. That’s every truck drivers dream!”
“Nice place to deliver. Fast friendly and lots of room to back into docks. Got here a day early they wasn’t able to unload me but they allowed me to park here and wait till 0500 next day and got me unloaded. Nice place!!”

I don’t ever really have a problem with mission foods, employees are great and communicative, yeah the loads have shifted times when it comes to preparation, but when is the logistics for distribution is ever perfect? Solid experience overall.”

“At the truck gate, pull up to the stop sign next to the camera & screen. Be patient and watch the screen for trailer drop off/pickup locations. No need to call the phone number. It is a short and narrow driveway. If you get there during a busy time, be patient and don't block the street by trying to get in before there is space in the driveway...wait your turn.”

“Ok, so other reviews are what they are. Experiences vary, so use your discretion. This is more of additional info for anyone who's picking up. Shipping starts at 8am. May get there early, but yard dog says they are fickle about their arrival times, but will usually get here by 8am. If you get here earlier than 8am, park along the fence near entrance gate and wait for them to arrive. As for the hard backing, guys...go back to trucking school....I had harder backs than this at truck stops.....either that, or stop buying the long nose trucks that require an entire football field to turn and back.....the road to get here is small, for a couple of miles, but widens well before the entrance....with load shortages, can't win em all with these shippers, but if you're gonna turn down money, let me know, I'll take whatever they've got.”
“It was a little confusing in here, but most of the people were very nice. After I went to the truck check in center (5863 Rittiman Road), they sent me to this part of the H-E-B complex which is on several different roads that are in the area off of Rittiman. They give you a door, and you break your seal and back into the dock. After you're done docking then you go to the receiving office near door# 174. You wait for the greenlight and then go get your paperwork. It's a little tight in there, and it's high traffic, too. I don't understand why they designed the flow of the activities by all parties like this. The guys moving trailers should not have to wait on outside carriers to get in and get out of their dock doors. Just personally, I would have designed the building and flow of traffic differently. I was there for quite a while, but not anymore than I end up being at any other places.”
“Great place to load. Guy came out to check me in on the road and gave me a door. Other than the heat and getting reefer down to temp no real issues. San Antonio in June is hot so pre cool that bad boy early”

“This NOT a review but a correction on some of these guys saying to go to the other address. Not all the trucks go to that truck processing lot. I went there as you all said and when I checked in they said you have to be a the other address which was the 4300 Industry Park.

And if you don’t have to or you charge very very good to go to HEB San Marcos, don’t go. They are a mess!!”
