Today I have a bad experience. A men is working at the right side is very racist. He doesn’t understand that he working as customer service. His attitude is very rude. Hope manager should know and improve. It’s so bad that this famous bank is hiring him

The wait here is always forever. Every time I come their is a line and only one banker working with the customers. They have no sense of urgency. It's just awful. They need to have more bankers on the floor daily.
