“Came in with an issue i was having with the replacement of my phone .Was greeted by two young ladies that did not know how to help me resolve my problem. Decided to come back the following day and was helped by a gentleman named Charlie with excellent customer service skills. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything, and answered all our questions , helped me resolve the problem I was having. Thank you Charlie for all your help!”

I usually have the worst experience, worst attitudes that I hate going , but Sandra was amazing 2 hours there felt like 20 minutes , she was so welcoming , fast , understanding ,kept finding solutions to a problem she didn't even have control over. “I am not a Cricket wireless customer; I just stopped looking for a case for my iPhone. Let me tell you this store has a manager by the name of Alonso with such an amazing persona, very friendly, attentive, helpful and courteous.
He put the liquid glass, tempered screen protector and a new case for me. Went above and beyond to help me register the warranty for them online. How cool is that. Good job Alonso, you deserve to be acknowledged for such a lovely job!
