“Sarah was very helpful when serving my wife and I. We came in thinking they were a corporate facility- this store is am authorized dealer of At&T.However. Sara tried very hard to fix a problem we had directly with AT&T.The more and more I see how our corporate structures have changed, the more I realize how much civilians work to keep large companies Name or brand in good standing.Its the direct people who make a difference. Never the Brand.Sarah did more for me today while I was in the store than what AT&T did for me on the telephone. Excellent customer service skills! Thank you for your efforts.”
“Good service. Miguel helped us out on upgrades. Store wasn't as busy as others. Clean and organized. If you find out you have to wait a bit, there's a Subway, Whataburger, McDonalds, and a neighborhood Walmart you can literally walk to. Plenty of time to eat or shop for groceries.”
