“I had an issue arise on a couple of occasions that caused some frustration. Amanda the manager came and handled the situation with fantastic professionalism. The issue came up again and I spoke to someone on the general number who was helpful. Amanda took it upon herself to call me personally to explain the situation and make sure I knew proper steps to ensure there won’t be an issue again. The issue was already resolved, she took the time to call me to confirm and explain everything. I would not be banking with A+ without Amanda. Excellent attention to customer service.”

“I've had UFCU for over 10 years now for multiple loans and multiple accounts. They have always blown me away with their customer service. This recent visit was to set up a couple teen checking accounts. Chris was super patient with the multiple requests we had, took care of everything and even did a little educational session for our kids on checking and savings accounts, over drafts and how to balance an account (at our request). He gave them each his card and said he'd be happy to answer any questions in the future. How many people can say that they "love" their bank? I can!”
