“Quick with 3 ATM spots. I also like how we don’t have to go inside now to get the exact dollar bills we want as well. There’s now a feature on the ATM that lets you select how many of each dollar bills you want. E.g. you can get 10 $1 bills and 20 $5 bills”

“My experience at this branch is always pleasant. I needed to make a couple of domestic wire transfers over the last two weeks. I made appointments on the phone and online. Both times I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, and I was ushered to the bankers without waiting. All the staff I talked to were nice. Lina Vargas, a senior banker, was especially skilled and knowledgeable. One of the wire transfers I had to make encountered a technical issue, but she found a way to work around it. I read many negative reviews for this branch, and I wonder if those reviewers went there during busy hours or didn't have appointments. I highly recommend making appointments for transactions of a large amount of money or opening accounts.”
“The supervisor here is a perfect example of good leadership. Her interactions with her regulars are so wholesome. She has the best customer service skills I have ever witnessed. Everyone here is so nice and positive and it’s because thats the culture the manager pushes. You can really tell she gives her work her all. I hope she is being compensated well because if she ever decides to leave it’s gonna be a big hit to that location.”
