“The staff at this location are great— always professional and accommodating, truly a pleasure working with them.

However, the vehicle I rented most recently was an absolute turd. The steering was out of alignment and the tires were losing air, so the handling was difficult. Because I had to make constant micro-corrections, the car alerted “driver attention low” and prompted me to “take a break” every few minutes throughout the entire 750-mile trip. Also, the suspension was very rigid and the car rides low, we felt every bump and vibration. By the time I returned the rental, I was sore and exhausted.

When asked by a service worker, “how was it?” I am consistently a smile and nod, no complaints, agreeable kind of person. This time, when I told my truth at dropoff, I surprised even myself. I was not surprised, however, by the response. My guy didn’t miss a beat— immediately offered to refund a day and upgrade my next rental. 10/10 will keep renting from Enterprise!”

“It soooo rare to find front desk employees as nice as the ones at Hertz in San Marcos. Bevin and Del have helped me numerous times as I have had 2 totaled accidents and 3 fender benders over the past year. They are both very efficient, helpful, kind and patient. They made a stressful situation, not stressful. I will never go anywhere else for my rental. Oh, and on top of that, my first time going there, I went to the wrong location and was dropped off by an Uber. I ran into several of the corporate employees there who kindly offered to drive me to the correct location. Full service :)”
