I renewed at this place because the staff is friendly and it is affordable to live at. The events Villagio hosts are fun.

My home away from home! Definitely a comfortable, safe, and convenient complex for Texas State students. I’ve had no problems with mold, bugs, damage, etc. and any thing that did need to be addressed, staff and maintenance do amazing!!!
