I am always met with smiling faces as soon as I walk in. The manager knows me by name and greets me with a handshake and great smile. The workers are very professional, helpful, and super patient even though I can be very needy at times. Inside the bank lobby is nice and the bathrooms are always clean. I will continue to bank here for as long as they'll have me! Thank PB Sanger!”
“This bank is truly your friendly neighborhood Bank! I mainly do most of my business through the drive-thru where Employees consistently greet you with a smile & provide friendly service. But recently, on separate visits, I have needed to do more business inside the bank-notary, safe deposit box, setting up new account, etc. Each & every time the same friendly greeting & helpful service has been provided. You can tell the employees have a great rapport with one another and they truly work as a team!”
“I had fraudulent charges on my account in a weekend. They shut my card down quickly. Monday I called Walmart to determine the charges and spent an hour arguing with them. Then I went to the bank and it took only 5 minutes to get a new card!!! Matthew was helpful and friendly. Thanks DATCU!”
