Absolutely ridiculous. I hope whatever prompted these sudden changes is worth losing customers. The abrupt change of debit cards, and now the app!? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I don't live near a branch, so online banking was my best option for most transactions. The original app no longer works, but the new app doesn't recognize my login credentials. Now I'm inconvenienced, and have to find time to get to a branch before they close to access MY MONEY! Not to mention the ATMs no longer accept cash deposits! I really liked this bank before all these changes. UGH!!!”

The branch is conveniently located and maintained cleanly. The regions bank website and app are easy to use and provide a great customer service. They provided bonus amount when opening checking account.”
“I was with NorthStar for some years when it became Independent Bank of Texas and now as it has evolved into Independent Financial. I have always received good service. I've never really run into any problems. They have been responsive when I've had needs or questions. And I don't know who said they closed at noon, but they don't. Different branch lobbies close anywhere from 3pm - 6pm. Just call. No biggie.”

“I hadn't been in to Chase for awhile, needed some help with multiple concerns, & Rafael Segovia, the area manager, came to my rescue. He was kind, knowledgeable, & patient, listened to my concerns, & offered options. It was beyond excellent customer service. Many managers aren't approachable or help for many different reasons, but he was available for & spoke with every employee while I was there, which sets a great example. The sweet lady inside was helping me trying to get my money back I explained that my lights had been cut off and it was like that for 4 days( she so kindly asked me I needed help, said that she would help me said no one should go through that ) she was so sweet and very Efficient, she explained everything very thoroughly to me and is helping me get my money back, I just hate that I forgot her name( a young lady with black hair )”
