“I am handicapped and have a hard time walking. One of the associates named Charlotte noticed me when I walked in the door and asked me if I needed help and I told her no, but she didn't take the no and persisted to help me to the bathroom and waited for me to come back out. She walked me to the front but first I wanted some m & m's and she said you stay at the counter, I'll go get them. Then she asked to walk me to the car and another associate, I don't know her name, but they both walked me to my car, opening the door to get me back on the road safely. Now THAT is customer service beyond. What a caring and genuine young lady. I sooooo appreciate her and would recommend this Valero as it is clean and everyone is so friendly. Great job and thank you to everyone. I can't thank you enough for your care!”
