“This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! The customer service and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. I’ve never been treated so well by any company. Thank you so much!!!”

“My 2021 Honda CR-V needed items addressed since I reached 60,000 miles. Called the closest Honda dealer and due to high volume of calls it sent me to a voicemail. We only have the 1 car, so I figured if they were that busy it might take a while to get an appointment or they might not get it back to me same day. So I actually drove over to CBA and met Kent one of the service advisors and he was great to work with. We went over all the items that needed to be handled, he gave me a written estimate, and made me an appointment 2 days later. He assured me that they could handle everything in 1 day. The day I showed up, Jeff the service manager checked me, had me taken home by one of their employees in their courtesy car. Before 12 noon, I received a call from Kent and he said they had inspected my vehicle and found no additional issues and in fact some of the items didn’t need addressed on this particular vehicle. He sent me the inspection report with pictures and said they will be finished before the end of the day. I received a call a little after 4 and they said it’s ready. Went to pay and it was &300 less than what I was quoted due to items that didn’t need to be addressed. Thanks to Aaron the service technician who worked on our car and doing a great job. I know this is long, but this was a great experience and I highly recommend this location and these 3 professionals who took care of us.”

“I just had services completed at Odanis Auto Tech and I'm so glad i chose to get the work done with them instead of the dealership. I have a 2009 lexus and I do my best to take care of it. The dealership was going to charge me lot for one thing. I went to Odanis and they found other legit issues. All those issues still came out less than the one thing the dealership told me about. It took a while but he does the work himself and does great work. He even took the time to show me the parts he replaced and pictures of paper towels left near my engine from past work the dealership did. How do I know if was from back them you ask? The paper towels were falling apart when you touch them. I got lucky because my engine could've been blown. Odanis takes pride in his work and it shows. My car drove so much better when I left. I would highly recommend his shop for your auto needs. I'll be going back to him if I need work done.”

I managed to get a ride to work, but I was stressed about how I’d be able to run errands afterward. Ramnses was incredibly kind, understanding, and solution-oriented. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and offered a creative and convenient solution. He said he could send a technician to pick up my car keys at my workplace, then go to my nearby apartment to replace the battery. That flexibility made all the difference for me.

Ramnses really stood out. He treated my situation like it mattered and made sure I was taken care of without adding stress to my day. Aiden, the technician who changed my battery, was also great, very professional and efficient.
