This particular location (17460 I-35N, Schertz) is where I have had a mailbox for almost 1 year and the staff if Very helpful to help however they can with my packages. I am a disabled vet and bring my service dog with me and the staff has taken the time to learn my dog's name. Connecting is the reason I renew my mailbox... read full comment

Even though they were busy, they came in the line to purges the returns quickly.

The personnel at the Schertz, TX store are always friendy & helpful without rushing you. I use this location for Amazon returns and I've never had any concerns or problems with the service provided.
