“I did not want to write a review because I don’t want anyone to know how awesome this UPS Store location and then it will get crowded. I will bypass other UPS locations to come here. The star of this location is Mallory. She is fantastic and provides the best service. Not only is she friendly, professional, and helpful, she know how to anticipate your needs. I had to mail a letter to Canada and showed up with the documents confused and lost, Mallory said no problem. Not only did she provide a stronger envelope than what I had, she explained the process and reassured me and did it. She gave me peace of mind. Thank you! Mallory reminds me of other services, so I was able to get a document laminated, I was going to buy a machine and now I don’t have to. Mallory has also offered to print documents and Invitations and reminds me of other services they offer. I have been here when Mallory helps other customers. She is very patient with older people and just wonderful.”
“Way cheaper and better quality than shopping online, they’ll cut it, staff are really helpful and nice, the guys in the warehouse work hard. Wheelchair accessible. Definitely my go to for thin or thick metal tubing. I tried PmI steel and Triple S steel but neither had the right piping or it was too thin. Would highly recommend Westbrook.”

“Last week I needed assistance shipping my daughter's things for her dorm room out of state to a FedEx holding facility. Alfonso was amazing! He helped me unload a few items to get an estimate before a final decision was made. Once I was in the clear, we unloaded the rest of the items and he made the magic happen! I appreciate his calm and patient demeanor. He was a hero that day! Special shoutout to his team that handled the rush that came in while he was helping me. “The UPS store at 14080 Nacogdoches Rd San Antonio, TX has always been very helpful and on this last visit the customer service representative came and helpful me with the new Amazon Kiosk to walk me through my returns. It was so quick and easy so thankful for this store.”
“The manager here had outstanding customer service. He provided solutions and did what he could for the best outcome for my shipping. He went out of his way to make sure I would have a chance of low damage to my items, as well as creating a possibility to be reimbursed for any damage when there was no chance before. God bless him.”
