“Way cheaper and better quality than shopping online, they’ll cut it, staff are really helpful and nice, the guys in the warehouse work hard. Wheelchair accessible. Definitely my go to for thin or thick metal tubing. I tried PmI steel and Triple S steel but neither had the right piping or it was too thin. Would highly recommend Westbrook.”

“Staff is always friendly and there’s a few staff members who have been there so long that they recognize customers and ask how their families are. Prices are very reasonable and being a brand name in everything “mail/shipping/copies” is always a plus when you want to trust the place you do business with. I love that Amazon also allows for returns here because they have made some huge improvements to streamlining the process with a self-service station.”

“Dude. Hands down the best UPS experience I have ever had. Best customer service I have experienced in ANY establishment here in San Antonio EVER. Isaiah and Leo are seriously the 2 most positive, uplifting, hard working, courteous and patient workers I have EVER encountered!!! All while handling a full lobby of people I am genuinely blown away at their level of customer service under intense pressure and FAST SPEED! These guys are a dynamic duo lol I really hope corporate sees this review and recognizes them for their hard work! You can just tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely love their jobs. They should honestly be used as examples on a training video for corporate. They don’t even know I’m leaving this review, and I don’t leave reviews often but when I have such an incredible experience and witness two individuals going above and beyond for people around me it’s hard not to want to leave a review! I know these guys will go far in life, their positivity and kindness is infectious and has really inspired me and I’m certain they are turning people’s bad days into a good ones. “Mike at the UPS Store in Schertz was INCREDIBLE to work with. He helped me ship a package to Mexico, and it wasn’t the easiest process we actually had to try twice! Through it all he stayed patient, positive, and determined to get it done right. He also kept me updated every step of the way! His tenacity really stood out. Instead of giving up, he kept working through the details and we found a solution and thanks to him the package even arrived earlier than expected! Customer service like that is rare.
