“Went to one of their competitors. Drove to the back. They have 2 bays and both had cars. Waited and waited. No one came out to talk to me. So I parked amd went in. Same thing, Waited and waited. The guy working on one car never even looked at me. So I left.

I was informed they’re not doing inspections right now as they are waiting for license renewal which is a nuisance, but the young lady that greeted me had given me a suggestion on where I could get my inspection done right down the street. “This is the best shop around and they really care about their customers. I have been going there for years now and not once did I ever get bad service. They will at times go beyond duty to help. This past Friday August 14 I noticed something hanging down underneath my engine I got there right at closing time. Zach was very understanding of my concerns and put it in side and told me it was the cover for my oil pan and filter. The screw were strip and falling out and order the part from Nissan since it was a dealer part. Even though it was very hot he took the time take it off for me so there wouldn't be any damage to my engine and called me the next day Saturday said he ordered it and when it comes in he called me. Not every shop has good people like Zach,Steve and Sam and Leo. Sorry I can't remember the others guys but they are very nice and will never tell you something needs to fixed that isn't broken.”

Apparently, the Brakes had been wearing out for quite some time, but the previous oil change facility, not Jiffy Lube, did not inform me that I would be needing a new brakes soon. “I pulled in when no one was there on a Friday afternoon about 3:15. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They asked if I had a coupon, and when I did not, they applied one. You don’t get service like this every day. The staff were super friendly and they went above and beyond. I had my tires rotated about two weeks ago at Discount Tire, and they could never get the tire notification reset correctly. Jiffy Lube staff took care of it for me.”

“Referred to them by another shop in Webster because they can deal with “difficult cars”. After three other shops would either ignore my vehicle and make little to no attempt at troubleshooting or throw parts at it Dynamic Solutions took two weeks, spoke with me several times to keep me updated, followed the issue to its source and changed one part after providing sound rationale. Price was fair and they did resolve the issue. This is my shop.”

They offer recommendations without being pushy, are up front on pricing and a few times have even performed small recall fixes while my truck has been there for maintenance work. The dealership has even followed up later and sent a technician to my home to fix something that was recalled and I didn't even buy my vehicle at McRee.
