“Had a wheel and tire package I bought from a manufacturer in CA. The rear tires were leaking at the bead. I brought them in this morning and they fixed the bead leaks on them and even rebalanced. They took great care not to scratch my new wheels and even cleaned them up before I loaded them back in my trunk to take home. They will be getting my tire business going forward.”

“Incredible service and excellent price. I gave the shop a call when I had noticed by tire pressure gauge turn on, and they told me to come in whenever, no appointment necessary. I’m not exaggerating when I say they had already begun working on my tire before I even stepped fully out of the car. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they fully repaired my tired that ended up having a screw in it. The gentlemen working were extremely friendly and offered me a place to sit and soda while I waited. They also checked the pressure on my other tires and added air. “Updated Review from second appointment for wheel installation on 4/27/26 and 4/28/26:
I ordered 4 Voxx Cotto wheels from the website and they were shipped to this store. They arrived one day in advance, and Arlando called me and told me I could come in early and get it taken care of. I arrived and was promptly greeted by him with courtesy and my wheels were installed within about 35 minutes from arrival. These wheels were installed on a Volkswagen Jetta which requires hub-centric rings. These were not installed. I realized this this following morning while driving on the highway at speeds of 65-70MPH, where extreme vibration and steering wheel shaking occurred. I knew right away they had not installed the rings.
I called around 9AM on 4/28 and was told to come in whenever and get it taken care of. I simply wanted reassurance to verify if I was correct or if there was a major balancing issue.
Daniel, the store manager, greeted me quickly and walked me out and had me park the car into the bay. Sure enough, he removed the front left wheel and there was no hub-centric ring installed. All others were removed and no rings at all were installed. Daniel took awesome care of me, personally balanced all wheels and installed the hub-centric rings like I wanted. He also noticed an issue on one of the tires and quickly patched it.
Daniel is a hero in this story this time, and I genuinely appreciate him and the care he took to rectify a situation that should not have happened in the first place.
The bay crew really need to take more care and time into verifying the proper accessories for some wheels and cars are installed properly, as this could have been a major safety hazard for someone on the road.
If you're getting wheels installed, do your research and verify if your vehicle and the wheels need hub-centric rings and make sure they are installed when you get your wheels installed.
Not everyone will be as good as Daniel, but I truly hope Daniel speaks to his crew and just gets them on the same page with a little bit more education and care for customers like he does.

I purchased 4 new tires from TireRack.com, which were shipped to this location and had an appointment scheduled for installation. I arrived and parked, walked inside and was greeted promptly. Gave my information, waited a short moment as they were having some trouble pulling up my order. After my order was pulled up, I sat and waited about 30 minutes when my appointment was completed - Almost exactly on time of the estimated time according to the tracker. I walked out front and was greeted with my key. Upon inspecting the new tires, I noticed multiple scuffs and scraps on my rims, which were not there beforehand. I was also not given back my tire caps which were not stock caps. I’m a little disappointed in the lack of care given to my rims, as there is no reason for damage unless there is faulty equipment being used, as well as not keeping track of tire caps, which were clearly not stock. Small complaints, but still. If you care about your wheels or have custom tire caps, take them off prior and inspect on site before and after with photos. Overall a positive experience, but this team definitely needs to improve on taken care of customers equipment and not cause damage.”

“I came in with less than an hour to close. I needed two tires replaced. One was a blowout on the rim and the other was dry rotted bad. The guys worked as a team to replace the tires and mount the new ones I walked in with. I paid $20 cash per tire for removal of bad tires and mounting of new ones. I would definitely return. The service was way, way faster than any tire shop I have ever been to. It was faster than NTB, Walmart, Discount Tire, or any of them. They had just finished with another customer only a moment before. It was awesome. You could tell from watching them they had done the work a lot.”
