“My battery was drained and I definitely needed another one. I've been going to AMF for the last 5 years because of the wonderful customer service they provide. They match your vehicle to the right battery and give you a warranty in case it goes bad! The elderly lady that helped me today was so nice. She helped me with my battery and it didn't take long at all. You can also text the number on the website with a picture of your battery and the make and model of your vehicle and they'll match it for you before you pick it up. And...they are VERY reasonable as far as prices go!”

“I've been meaning to do this since the last bad storm but better late than never. Went to O'Reillys in Seagoville after i had tried to loosen my wiper blade from my frozen windshield and the blade popped off. I could not get it back on. I stopped at O'reillys and what a blessing 2 guys showed up for work in the storm. I explained the situation and not only did an employee named Junior come out in the ice, snow and freezing cold to put my wiper blade back on but he went back in the store and grabbed an ice scraper and proceeded to clean my windshield for me. This is true customer service and a servants heart. Thank you O'Reillys and especially Junior.”

“This is the O'Reilly location in Waxahachie on the south end of 77 Ferris road. I recently learned they can mix automotive paint at this store. That paint can also be put into a spray can or touch up bottle with a brush. So get your paint code and fix that scratch or bondo that is showing.”

Let Me Brag A bit... not only did Vincent help me replace my father in laws blown head bulb... He EDUCATED me on how to replace the bulb myself... Just in case! I appreciated his attention to detail... his knowledge about his job & his friendly demeanor! Look... i just pulled a 12 hr shift.. & to be greeted at 8pm-ish with warm smiles laughter & just great TEXUS hospitality.. was NOT expected.. but was definitely needed!! “Stop that first of all the first thing I would say is that this review is very late. I was actually headed to another O’Reilly and the Holy Spirit told me to go to this one on Galloway as I entered the door. Sonia greeted me with the hello and ask what she could do to help me. I explained to her there was a problem with my oil cap and I couldn’t get it removed. I actually broke it trying to remove it so Sonia went to work trying to remove the cap for me. I was actually about to give up and had said to one of her coworkers if they could just tell her, it’s OK I would try later. That’s when Sonia came walking from the back and she had removed the cap for me. Oh my God she went above and beyond she didn’t have to do it, but she did. She was so kind so so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about other things I wanted to purchase thank you so much Sonia for your help and your kindness.”
