“I cannot say enough amazing things about this staff! Chris, the manager, and Rusty in parts, are beyond patient and went above and beyond to help me find a side rear view mirror for a low cost, fast shipping, and even helped me find a body shop to paint and install it! The dealership would’ve charged me four times that much. Not to mention, a week or so before, another employee kindly installed a battery for me and saved me tons of time instead of waiting on Walmart’s auto shop. I appreciate the employees at this store. Every visit of mine has been pleasant. I always leave with what I need without any upselling or negative experiences. I’d recommend this location to anyone!”

“Nancy and Jenny came to the rescue when my battery was dying in a road trip. It was late in the afternoon so I was worried we wouldn't be able to find a place that could help, but we did a Google search and found that Oreilys will sell the battery and install it. When we arrived it was about a 10 minute wait for assistance but then they worked diligently on the issue (and my Nissan battery was NOT an easy one to get out) for the next 45 minutes.”
“Stop that first of all the first thing I would say is that this review is very late. I was actually headed to another O’Reilly and the Holy Spirit told me to go to this one on Galloway as I entered the door. Sonia greeted me with the hello and ask what she could do to help me. I explained to her there was a problem with my oil cap and I couldn’t get it removed. I actually broke it trying to remove it so Sonia went to work trying to remove the cap for me. I was actually about to give up and had said to one of her coworkers if they could just tell her, it’s OK I would try later. That’s when Sonia came walking from the back and she had removed the cap for me. Oh my God she went above and beyond she didn’t have to do it, but she did. She was so kind so so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about other things I wanted to purchase thank you so much Sonia for your help and your kindness.”
