“I've been meaning to do this since the last bad storm but better late than never. Went to O'Reillys in Seagoville after i had tried to loosen my wiper blade from my frozen windshield and the blade popped off. I could not get it back on. I stopped at O'reillys and what a blessing 2 guys showed up for work in the storm. I explained the situation and not only did an employee named Junior come out in the ice, snow and freezing cold to put my wiper blade back on but he went back in the store and grabbed an ice scraper and proceeded to clean my windshield for me. This is true customer service and a servants heart. Thank you O'Reillys and especially Junior.”

“Nancy and Jenny came to the rescue when my battery was dying in a road trip. It was late in the afternoon so I was worried we wouldn't be able to find a place that could help, but we did a Google search and found that Oreilys will sell the battery and install it. When we arrived it was about a 10 minute wait for assistance but then they worked diligently on the issue (and my Nissan battery was NOT an easy one to get out) for the next 45 minutes.”
“Vincent!!! & Anthony!!! Hands Down are THE GOATs! I arrived at this location just in the nick of time & these guys we're amazing! Let Me Brag A bit... not only did Vincent help me replace my father in laws blown head bulb... He EDUCATED me on how to replace the bulb myself... Just in case! I appreciated his attention to detail... his knowledge about his job & his friendly demeanor! Look... i just pulled a 12 hr shift.. & to be greeted at 8pm-ish with warm smiles laughter & just great TEXUS hospitality.. was NOT expected.. but was definitely needed!! GREAT JOB GUYS.

“Stop that first of all the first thing I would say is that this review is very late. I was actually headed to another O’Reilly and the Holy Spirit told me to go to this one on Galloway as I entered the door. Sonia greeted me with the hello and ask what she could do to help me. I explained to her there was a problem with my oil cap and I couldn’t get it removed. I actually broke it trying to remove it so Sonia went to work trying to remove the cap for me. I was actually about to give up and had said to one of her coworkers if they could just tell her, it’s OK I would try later. That’s when Sonia came walking from the back and she had removed the cap for me. Oh my God she went above and beyond she didn’t have to do it, but she did. She was so kind so so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about other things I wanted to purchase thank you so much Sonia for your help and your kindness.”
