“I took my sterling silver diamond tennis necklace to be repaired after I broke it being careless. I've lived in San Antonio for 13 years and I've just discovered the greatest jewelry repair shop and team... I've ever encountered in my almost 47 years on this great planet. I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and it was ready for pickup about 90 minutes later. The young men (who are also siblings) who run the shop are excellent examples of diligence, pride, and high quality work. They were very personable and professional. I paid a quarter of what I anticipated it to be and the outcome was phenomenal. I plan on making Hi-Tone Jewelry my got jeweler in perpetuity. “Last year my aunt from Europe gave me my grandmother’s beautiful ring. It is over 100 years old. Due to it being fine, dainty and old, the shank right next to the design of the ring had broken many years ago. We researched several jewelers and their opinions. Mr. Kazazian came highly recommended by friends. He also spoke confidently, yet respectfully of such an old piece. Our trust in him paid off entirely. “I was visiting from out of town and I stopped by this pawn shop in hopes to find a good deal not really having anything in particular in mind.
I found a great deal on an item. The associate help me test the item and answered the many questions that I had. The store was fairly busy since it was Christmas Eve but the staff was very attentive and store was very organized and clean. I was very impressed with Jay the associate that assisted me. She was very enthusiastic and quickly handled my transaction with ease. I will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.”

I've seen some reviews of people complaining about $17 to change a battery. They expect it for free? I've gone the DIY route, and believe me it's worth letting a professional do it instead of ruining a nice watch. Negative reviewers should be taken with a grain of salt.”

“I took in my daughter bracelet that belonged to his late grandmother and the clasp was broken and had a couple kinks in it ! They were able to put on new clasp, take out the kinks , and clean it up to look brand new! The turn around on that was less than a week! I highly recommend ! “My family and I were at the mall for a birthday party. We found this bookstore, and went inside. We decided to get two devotionals... one for my son and one for my daughters. As we were leaving, one of the workers looked right at me and said "Stop worrying". She said God put it on her heart to tell me to stop worrying, and that everything was going to be okay. I had never seen this lady before, I wasn't acting like I was worrying, I was actually having a good day... which has been pretty rare the past few weeks. However, God used her to give me a message. I can't stop thinking about it. I am so appreciative.This lady doesn't know that it was my dad and his twin brother's birthday, but they died... and I was struggling. She doesn't know that I am in a job that is leaving me so drained, and trying to find a new one that is better for my family. She doesn't know that I am having physical symptoms from stress. She doesn't know that I am healing from a major trauma that happened last year, and it has been so rough and painful. God does though. He used her to tell me not to worry and He has me.So needless to say, I definitely recommend this bookstore. Lol”
