One of the items was a cabinet with delicate glass. The packing was meticulous and clearly packaged with time and care. The pricing was very reasonable. Through it all he stayed patient, positive, and determined to get it done right. He also kept me updated every step of the way! His tenacity really stood out. Instead of giving up, he kept working through the details and we found a solution and thanks to him the package even arrived earlier than expected! Customer service like that is rare. “Dude. Hands down the best UPS experience I have ever had. Best customer service I have experienced in ANY establishment here in San Antonio EVER. Isaiah and Leo are seriously the 2 most positive, uplifting, hard working, courteous and patient workers I have EVER encountered!!! All while handling a full lobby of people I am genuinely blown away at their level of customer service under intense pressure and FAST SPEED! These guys are a dynamic duo lol I really hope corporate sees this review and recognizes them for their hard work! You can just tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely love their jobs. They should honestly be used as examples on a training video for corporate. “I like the ease of the return method where you can just scan your QR code yourself and the locker opens for you. What I don't like is the fact that it's closed on Saturday and Sunday. I might as well just bring it to the UPS store since Saturday and Sunday when I'm off.”

“Came to Lineage for the first time at night time. From the time I walked on the parking lot, ALL the staff gave great customer service ! Especially Mr. Victor. He took his time with me, helping me, filling out my paperwork. What codes I needed, what numbers to look for, where to find them.
