“i just want to say that City Bank motor bank is the friendliest and most efficient branch out of all the branches in all of lubbock. I’ve been to all of them, and this is the one we choose to come to help my mother in law. The employees at there always greet u with a smile on there faces and give u a lot of kindness and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. unlike university branch… We also thank you for having bilingual speakers. “I’ve been with chase for several years now and this is the first time I’ve encountered a branch with only 1 teller station. Makes no sense to me and I’m definitely not a fan of that layout. Still giving 4 stars because of the Teller. She was FANTASTIC, not just with me but with the older lady in front me. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was working at 1:30pm on Tuesday aug. 5th.
