“Twice recently I've contacted this branch regarding a rather complex issue. Although the first person was unable to assist me, she knew who could. This was a relief in itself since I was dreading being told to call an 800#. I don't hear well and phones can be difficult. I contacted the person I was referred to and he was both patient and helpful. When I needed more information a few days later, I was again treated with the utmost courtesy by Danny. Also my initial contact person (Pam?) called the next day to verify I had received the assistance I needed.
