“4/6/26 I got scammed/hacked 3/26/26. I lied to Dee because I thought I was helping Microsoft catch a computer hacker. Dee keeps going into the stratosphere to guide me through this ongoing nightmare. Without the UMB Wolfforth staff my life would be lower than an eel's belly in the Marianna Trench, yes that's lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut. Microsoft will never call anyone for any reason.
1/20/26 Because in 2022 I had been in 9 data breaches, I froze any credit agency records I could find. Today Ramiro went above & beyond because one of the credit agencies would not allow me to renew the CD because of my frozen records. Ramiro was patient & spent an hour & a half navigating the process of temporarily lifting the freeze so the CD could be renewed. Without the human connection I would have been lost in the automated phone menu abyss.
1/16/26 Ramiro S. was wonderful today. I was renewing a CD. I have 2 different physical addresses because one is across from a cotton field. When the PO doesn’t close the mail box the wind puts the mail in the ditch across the street. Having a secure 2nd address is necessary. Ramiro graciously worked through the banking processes that don’t understand why a person has 2 physical addresses. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
1/26 This is an enthusiastic compliment for Dee. When my husband died, I have had to have multiple banking experiences related to our former joint account. Dee is warm & welcoming when I arrive. She is patient when she explains different processes. Even though the bank has been through mergers, the human connection will never be replaced with AI or automated menus.”
